It was great working with Michael. He was very patient with us as we were quite specific about what we were looking for and where we wanted to be and were willing to wait. He was very respectful of this, and understanding what we wanted, he did not waste our time by showing us things we wouldn't like. That said, he would also thoughtfully explain why we should look at something that was close to but did not exactly match our criteria. He was also very thorough with market analyses, comps, etc. and all the details in the offering and buying process. And, on top of all the, he is a very nice person!
